PLEASE READ, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! ! This has been the worst experience with a business. I seriously feel like I’m being pranked. From the beginning, this dealership has been a pain in ! This has been the worst experience with a business. I seriously feel like I’m being pranked. From the beginning, this dealership has been a pain in our xxx!! But I will start with the main reason I am writing this. 5 years ago I bought a car from Jake Sweeney Kia in Florence KY. I then recently moved back to my home state. Right after paying my car off a kid hit into me and it totaled my car. I went to have the title put under my name so the insurance could take over my car. Come to find out, Jake Sweeney Kia had put a lien on my title. When calling to get a lien release sent to me, no one knew why there would be a lien on my title. Well a few weeks later after trying to get ahold of anyone that could help. They tell me I owe them $4,000 for my trade in..WHAT! You’re now just telling me this?? Here’s where it gets better! They say that we claimed we owed nothing on our trade in. LIE. Why would I say that when I knew I didn’t have it completely paid off. So they tell us it’s in our paperwork. No where in the paperwork does it say that we claimed to owe nothing. In fact they put an NA in that section. Also, they gave us 3,600 for the trade in to put towards the new car? Someone help me make sense of that!?! Normally people don’t give you money if you owe them. I wouldn’t have minded paying the 4,000 if it would have been put into my car loan and not told about it 5 years later when it’s paid off and now totaled. So now they are saying I have to pay them and they were nice enough not to charge interest on it. Wow, that is so nice of you! That’s because you just realized someone messed up and you just created this so called “loan”. Also I never signed anything to have this so called extra loan. And normally if someone hasn’t made a payment in 5 years, at the least, a phone call or a letter in the mail is sent. So first time in my life that I now have a lawyer and he can’t even get ahold of them. Tammy is the lady we have dealt with the most, and she has been nothing but rude and unprofessional. She acts like this was our fault. Umm no, you guys are the business and you sell cars for a living..everyday..I don’t buy cars everyday. So if I or anyone else comes in to buy a car, we think that when we walk out that we are good to go, what I owe you is what I signed on my paperwork. If you’re interested in the rest of the xx this place has done, keep reading. So from the beginning our plates never showed up and after trying to get ahold of them for months, they finally sent them. After that, I had to go there to get oil changes done to keep a “warranty” on my car. Nothing like spending all day there to get my SCHEDULED oil change done. Then it was so cold one day that my handle popped off while trying to open the door. It took them 4 months to get in the part, and I was the one that had to call to see if it was in or not. They told me it was going to be 75.00 but when they put it on it was 275.00 because they had to paint the top strip of it white to match the car. What!?! Again, notification up front would have been nice. I know this is long, but my hopes is to get to enough people to save them from the xxxx that this dealership is putting me through. LOVED my Kia, but again. DON’T BUY FROM this shady dealership!!!! More

This dealership has no respect for customers. I was treated like a criminal for using my own financing after being lied to about them being able to match my banks rates. I was then talked to like I was treated like a criminal for using my own financing after being lied to about them being able to match my banks rates. I was then talked to like a dog by a manager. After all of that I still wanted the car so I decided to ignore the experience. After my wife rated them on this site they called me within an hour of taking delivery and said they would not sell me the car because of the rating. I had a signed finance contract already and they had taken my deposit. More

I had reviewed Them on dealer rater I was told to call and wanted to make it better. We went back in the dealer apologized. I completed my loan. The day I was supposed to pick up my car they decided to ca and wanted to make it better. We went back in the dealer apologized. I completed my loan. The day I was supposed to pick up my car they decided to cancel the sale because of the review I made even though they took a thousand dollar deposit. An hour before I was supposed to pick up my new car three days after the initial review. So be warned. Don’t listen to a word from this dealership they do not honor their word or any ones business because they get new cars and they are hard to find. Take what you can get we can talk to you how ever we feel like and there is nothing you can do about it. More

They mislead me to believe I was paying 237 for car but instead payment was 245.86. Did nothing to correct. Excellent Dealership and excellent Service I have owned my Abarth now over a year and a half. Best purchase I have ever made in my life. The dealer gave a great deal and the service department has been great to work with as well. While the car could sell itself, the staff truly have a passion for Alpha and Abarth and it shows every time I stop in to see whats new on the lot. After this one, I loved the car so much I bought a white one as well. May come back when Alpha sells a coupe version of the Giulia. Coby took time to drive my daughter and I around the lot to see all the models and talked about each one before I decided on which one I wanted. It was great so see his passion for cars was much like my own. More

I'm Stubborn, And They're Incredible I am indecisive and stubborn. I sent them an email one day before I left work because I thought, "What the heck, I'll take a look at Kias… I've pretty I am indecisive and stubborn. I sent them an email one day before I left work because I thought, "What the heck, I'll take a look at Kias… I've pretty much looked at everything else," and I really liked the body of the 2019 Optima S. So I drove out there, and was greeted by Ricky and Coby, both of which were insanely knowledgeable about the product. They recognized very quickly I'm into very fine detail work, and get the big picture, so they showed me exactly what I wanted to see and got very technical. On the test drive, Ricky showed me everything there was to know about the car. Immediately after I left, I was somewhat undecided, but after the drive home, I was set on getting this car. I talked back and forth with Ricky for about two weeks and he was prompt and answered every question I threw at him. Everything was ready and in-line when I came to finalize the deal. When it came to financing, Rom knew everything inside and out. They took absolutely great care of me, even though I am anal beyond belief, and I would recommend Kia and this specific dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car. The staff is professional and courteous and the cars are stunning. More
