From the second we walked in the doors everything was amazing. Mike greeted us and we told him the truck we were looking at online. With in minutes he had it ready for us. Decided to purchase it. Terrible experience, told them I was coming to look at a truck, drove an hour, when I arrived it wasn’t even cleaned up, spillage in the cab, birds nest in the radiator. A warranty was advertised on the stickers in the truck and when I sat down to buy the truck I was told, sorry it doesn’t have a warranty, “our porter made a mistake and put the sticker on the wrong vehicle.” We’ll take $500 off for your troubles??? Best we can do.. really? Um, no thanks, walked out. Will take my business elsewhere where customer service is a priority. More
