Every time my car is in for service, Clint is so great at letting me know whats going on and it is so pleasant to come into the service area and someone knows you by name and treats you like a friend. I moved and tried another dealership close to me. I was so disappointed. I drove all the way back for my last appointment. Clint is the best!!! Listens to me. Never rushes me. We bought a 2024 Altima and the brakes are making a noise! They only do that at a certain speed so when we took it in it didn’t do it. Took It I. For the my second time today with a 10:00 am appointme noise! They only do that at a certain speed so when we took it in it didn’t do it. Took It I. For the my second time today with a 10:00 am appointment that they were going to check it out. It sat there all day we stopped by to see if it was ready or any information on it about 3.00 this afternoon. They hadn’t even looked at it. It’s now 7:00pm and still sitting on their lot with out a word from them. Very poor customer service since the car is paid for! Go to a different dealer to buy a new car.. More
