Disreputable, predatory used car dealer. After storing electronic signatures, the dealer changes the terms of purchase and terms of financing, inflating prices in fine print. This dealership forces buyers to purchase unnecessary and fraudulent "warranties" as a condition of the loan. When asked for copies of said warranties or of the completed paperwork sent to their shady finance partners, they dealer becomes deceptive, refuses to take phone calls and will outright refuse to provide paperwork. Once the car is purchased, Lee Auto Group places holds on the vehicle's registration, extorting the buyers for more hidden fees that must be paid before registration can be renewed They are partnered with predatory lender, Credit Acceptance, who is currently facing class action lawsuits for fraud and deceptive business practices. Please for the love of god stay FAR FAR away from this dealer. I’ve been in the automotive industry for 10 years and came to check out a car they had listed online for a “fair” price. After going over the dealer. I’ve been in the automotive industry for 10 years and came to check out a car they had listed online for a “fair” price. After going over the car in a matter of a couple minutes I was finding hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of work needing to be done on the car. With that being said the “listed” price was only after you accumulated $3000 in “rebates” to actually get the online listed price you need to be Military, first responder, repeat customer, finance through them, and trade in to actually get the prices they have listed online. After wasting my first day with them finding out the “10k” car was actually over 16k all said and done I walked. Got a text the next day asking if I would make the deal for their “online price” of 10k and agreed to it after stating I’d like to take it on another drive and really go over it. Go in to make the deal and they give me the run around with financing. Okay, go and get pre approved for 58k through one of the same exact lenders they use. Follow up for the third day trying to get the deal closed, everything approved and they still shoot me a ridiculous number. The price of the car with taxes and registration and their fees put the amount up to almost 13k AFTER they gave me the “rebates” and honored the 10k price of the car. Math tells me they are picking up 1700 in fees that NO ONE would break down for me. Good luck trying to see a full breakdown on pricing, you’ll get a sticky note with a monthly payment amount with no explanation of how they got to that price. Never will spend a dime with these people after their extremely poor communication and lack of customer service. Just another typical run down car lot trying to get top dollar for bottom of the barrel auction cars. More

When you think of a sleezy used car dealership this place comes to mind. If you like being lied to, cheated and harassed this is the place for you. I have never dealt with such a conniving, theiving dealersh comes to mind. If you like being lied to, cheated and harassed this is the place for you. I have never dealt with such a conniving, theiving dealership in my life. I guess it was my own fault. You get what you pay for. Ghetto prices = ghetto results. Thank you for your succinct explanation, it's too bad your sales people are not so well informed. I suppose they don't have to explain themselves when responding to negative reviews. In looking at your responses to other reviews you've had a lot of practice. When it comes to money the amount is not my issue, the deceit is the issue. Why not just be honest from the beginning or when resorting to alternative measures???? That would free you up to engage in more honest business practices. More

We bought a car who had transmission problems after 24hrs this is crazy, they don’t check their cars before selling, car is sitting there for a week they didn’t even look at it, they said we can rent a car and they’ll refund it, we did it , we trusted them, when I got there they said no, we are not going to refund it. Unfortunately we have no choice we’ll take legal actions against this people, many more has been foolishly by them! More

Ive been thinking more about this and i wanted to share my experience i had about 7 months ago. to start off the pricing was ridiculous they add on many many fees and dont tell you why but my biggest issue my experience i had about 7 months ago. to start off the pricing was ridiculous they add on many many fees and dont tell you why but my biggest issue with lee auto group was that the car i was looking at had a check engine light on, we ran the code and its for something with the gas vent open meaning i can still drive the car no issues however while looking through the car i noticed peeled back carpet lining in the trunk where the battery is i brushed it off since the car started right up. they explained to us why the engine light was on and that, that was the only issue so we went ahead and bought the car. they told me as im buying it that they would be “detailing” the car for me however the car was still very dirty. the next day we realized the car had no coolant at all meaning they didnt bother checking any of that. fast forward a couple days later i have a dead battery which means they jumped my car in order to sell it. last issue was a weekish after buying suddenly i have no ac which is not a coincidence, and they charged my ac and put freon in it just for me to later find out that was something else wrong with the car that nobody communicated to me. yes i know this is the risk you take buying from car lots like this however i dont this this was right. i would never buy another car from them. Bought a car for my daughter here and its been nothing but issues.. the manager CJ does nothing but make false promises and the owner (kyle austin lee) hides in the back and refuses to take responsibility but issues.. the manager CJ does nothing but make false promises and the owner (kyle austin lee) hides in the back and refuses to take responsibility. My experience with the Nissan Altima has been nothing short of nightmare. From the moment I drove it off the lot, it became evident that this car was plagued with serious engine issues. The engine sputtered and hesitated, especially when accelerating, making every drive a stressful ordeal. Oil leaking everywhere the engine had smoke coming out of it. The car's reliability was nonexistent, leaving my daughter stranded on more than one occasion due to sudden breakdowns only a month after owning it .. I called lee auto dozens of times but in the end they said “it was our fault” save yourself the trouble and go somwhere else unless your a mechanic! More
