My wife and I went to James Wood because they were the only dealership in the DFW area that had a fully loaded GMC Terrain. There were zero at any other dealership we could find. James Wood had them in 4 only dealership in the DFW area that had a fully loaded GMC Terrain. There were zero at any other dealership we could find. James Wood had them in 4 colors. From my first call to check availability to driving off the lot, our salesman Clay Estes and the rest of his team made us feel comfortable and cared for. They offered a fair price up front, worked quickly, and were accommodating to our specific needs. I don’t see a world where my next vehicle isn’t purchased from James Wood. More

Outstanding experience with your salesmen Clay Estes. He couldn't find my original request in his GMC truck inventory or while searching other dealers. But in the end he found me a newer model (2025 inst He couldn't find my original request in his GMC truck inventory or while searching other dealers. I purchased a Sierra 1500 about 7 years ago from James Wood. Since then I have purchased other trucks/other brands only to be disappointed. I came back to James Wood a few weeks ago, the salesman, Clay Wood. Since then I have purchased other trucks/other brands only to be disappointed. I came back to James Wood a few weeks ago, the salesman, Clay Estes immediately noticed how much I liked the Sierra I sat in. I was offered what I felt like was a good price for my trade-in. I purchased a 2025 Sierra SLT 1500 basically "ON THE SPOT". Any other vehicle I purchase in the future WILL BE FROM JAMES WOOD!!! More
