I was disappointed with my service because they didn't complete all that I requested and didn't verbally inform me that they didn't complete my tire rotation as requested. They only mention it on the invo complete all that I requested and didn't verbally inform me that they didn't complete my tire rotation as requested. They only mention it on the invoice and I didn't read it until had driven away. They claim there was a swollen nut on the wheels. That was a big let down for me. Now I'll have to make an appointment at a different Chevy dealership to complete my needed service. This incident has made me loose confidence in Lesson Chevrolet service department.. I arrived @ dealer ship for 7 o’clock appointment. Took an hour and a half to get my oil changed. Not real happy it caused me to be 25 minutes late for an 8:30 appointment on the North Shore.Wish I’d Took an hour and a half to get my oil changed.
