My visit was for a scheduled maintenance check-up. When I arrived early in the morning Clark was expecting me. I was only there about an hour and everything was checked and I was ready to go. We bought our JX35 last August primarily because of the Infiniti service we have received in the past. We looked at other cars that might work for us, but overall, the service from Clark Hearold at Denver Infiniti service we have received in the past. I purchased a slightly used M37X in 2007. I also purchased an extended warranty. During a holiday I was out of town driving this car and it developed a noise in the rear. I had it diagnosed and purchased an extended warranty. During a holiday I was out of town driving this car and it developed a noise in the rear. I had it diagnosed and it was a wheel bearing failure, I called the dealer, it was less than 1,000 miles over extended warranty by the time I got home and took it in. They said they would work with me on the repair...they had the car 2 days I never did get a price, finally went and got it and took it somewhere else for repairs. I called service manager and left a message to discuss.....no response. I'm currently experiencing another wheel bearing problem that makes me wonder about recalls. Don't worry I will not call Infiniti Of Denver for Service. However, I have enjoyed the car and will be handing it down to my teenage son and looking to buy another. Not sure if I will stop by there or not at this point. More
