Since childhood, I have always had an interest in cars. I think it is really what lead me to want to work for a highline dealership. I have been with Infiniti of Denver since April of 1999. One of the reasons I believe Infiniti of Denver is such a great place to work is because it always has a family type feeling for both the clients & employees. With that being said I enjoy spending time with my family when I am not working.

When I walk in the door, Corey, Chris, Nathan or Clark immediately recognize me, acknowledge me, and help me out. Plus, the service time is typically really quick and it always seems like the car goes immediately recognize me, acknowledge me, and help me out. Plus, the service time is typically really quick and it always seems like the car goes straight in for servicing. The waiting room with coffee and doughnuts is very comfortable and really top-notch for a service dept. The service dept alone is one of the primary reasons that I may lease/buy another Infiniti. I had a non-standard road hazzard warranty issue with a tire and IOD took care of it in a fair and professional manner. I was very pleased with the outcome --- which might not have been the case had the d tire and IOD took care of it in a fair and professional manner. My car was not very drivable one morning. I called Clark who took it in right away, set me up with a loaner and let me get on with my day. This is my 2nd Infinity. The first one I drove for 12 years and almost 200,000 miles. I know the cars Infinity manufactures are great but it is the service that keeps me coming back! I have worked with Clark almost the entire time I have had an Infinity. He is ALWAYS very professional, friendly, helpful, and just easy to do business with. I know I can trust him. I always recommend Infinity but tell people the best service they will EVER get is from the dealership on Havana. More

The experience was excellent from start to finish. When I took my car in, I was attended to promptly. I was given a loaner car without a hassle, and was able to get to work without delay. Clark contacted I took my car in, I was attended to promptly. I was given a loaner car without a hassle, and was able to get to work without delay. Clark contacted me promptly and told me what the problem was. I needed a new engine, and it was estimated to take a week. It took less than that amount of time. They also found a couple of other things that needed replacement, so I got those taken care of. When I arrived to pick up my car, again I did not have to wait. Clark was knowledgeable and friendly. My car was running great and had been vacuumed. They did everything they could to make it a great experience. More

I have done a lot of service business with Clark Hearold at Infinity. He is the reason that I have done all of my service with the Infinity dealership. He always make sure that I have a loaner, if I have at Infinity. He is the reason that I have done all of my service with the Infinity dealership. He always make sure that I have a loaner, if I have requested one, and that I am satisfied with the service.
