we were onlh given 6k as a trade in. the cars blue book value is 13k.they added a warrant without askingwhen we finally took the car home they called the next day asking for proof of insu the cars blue book value is 13k.they added a warrant without askingwhen we finally took the car home they called the next day asking for proof of insurance,no probl there i stopped at acceptance and gave the dealership new card.we then went on a family vacation to alabama.when there the salesmen called saying they needed bank statement i told him were out of town and will do that when i get back.a couple hours later they texted saying they were gonna come take our car for not giving them the documents.i was not in fl and told them that again.we come in with the documents on monday as promissed.without telling us "big daddy" applied for a new loan with santander without asking us.our original loan was with gmc motors and had a good rate which was very important to us.fat daddy blamed us for canceling that loan.the new loan has a 25%apy!!! and he never looked at our documents he just found the worst loan available.i would not have aggreed to that rate.he told me since we signed the title to sell to them there is nothing he can do.you guys scam people for a living.the value of the car i traded in was close to the new cars value yet i owe 30k.im considering a civil suit.you cant promise someone a rate.then you mess up and charge them ridiculously more More

we were given 50% value on trade in. after aproval they called nonstop trying to take car back.they then switched lender to a company who is known for predatory loans.our rate is like 25% after aproval they called nonstop trying to take car back.they then switched lender to a company who is known for predatory loans.our rate is like 25%.they insinuated we gave them a fake insurance card.so basically they were trying to take our new car back and keep our trade in which is valued 13k-18k on kelly blue book.the voyager is valued at 21k on kelly blue book.they sold it at over 35k to us.so the only choice we had was to take the predatory loan or have no car because they are some scam artists.he added a warrant without our permission.i cant wait til all these pushy car dealerships are out of business.what they did was borderline criminal.i should report this to the better business bureu More
