I visited the dealership after being treated poorly at the Lexus dealership a close by. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the building and sanitizer stations. I was very pleased to see everyone working there had a mask on and even more pleased that they all greeted very warmly. I had the pleasure of working with Clara who treated me like family while maintaining the utmost professionalism. She was warm and made me feel comfortable making my new purchase. I also had the pleasure of working with Jana. I really enjoyed working with Jana, greeted me and ensured my daughter and I were well taken care of. Again like family with amazing profesisonalism. Jana listened to all of my concerns, my budget and my wish list very patiently and made sure I got the right vehicle for my family. Jana and Clara both made the experience for my daughter and I the best I have had! I honestly had no plans on signing for a vehicle that day but after working with the two of them I felt confident to sign that day without visiting the other dealerships I had on my list. Both Clara and Jana had vast knowledge of the Infinity line up and even other makes i was considering. They were patient and I felt no pressure which made me feel very comfortable. They were both attentive to my youngest child who was shopping with me and made her feel like her opinion counted when we were selecting the vehicle; this meant a lot to the both of us. Oh, and after looking at all the vehicle options and selecting the right one for my family, my daughter was clearly exhausted. The paperwork process was so easy and everything was so efficient and things went seamlessly. The paperwork is the least fun and they made the process quick and painless! They even assured me extra precautions were taken with the cleaning of the vehicle for the safety of my daughter with regard to the virus and frequently touched surfaces. I cannot say enough about my experience. I am an avid reviewer whether it be a positive or a negative experience. This was a GREAT experience and I would highly recommend this dealership. More

My experience here was not horrible but it wasn't great either. Even thou Jason was not the one to close our deal. I honestly feel like he's the only person that helped us. As we sat there I told my partner there's no way she's been doing this a long time. I never been into a dealership where a sales person does not try to ”sell” you a car. I also asked her about lowering the price and she said there was not any wiggle room. I received an email for a lower price which I totally forgot about. She stated the price was “firm”. Once I told her we would go to Infiniti of Roswell. she went into the “we can’t hold the car speech”. That’s the only time when she offered any information. Besides getting keys for us to test drive. Jason has reached out via email before the car buying process and after thanking us although we haven’t meet him face to face I really appreciate that! If I ever came back to Gwinnett I would I definitely recommend him! More

Mr. Velko was very friendly from our initial meeting until the close of my sales... He was with a customer when I first arrived but made sure to place me with another associate to help... Upon my second visit where I test drove the two potential vehicles, he was extremely knowledgeable about the features of each... When I decided on a vehicle Mr. Velko took his time although it was after hours to make sure everything was taken care of and I was satisfied... I recommend Mr. Velko, Ms. Clara, Mr. Mark, and Mr. Sam if you are looking to purchase a vehicle at INFINITI of Gwinnett. They have a customer for life!!! Thank you all!!! More
