She kept me informed while waiting for Sam to handle the finance part of my experience. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful which made my encounter painless. Great Dealership Greetings, the overhaule experience was exelent the only negative for me was that the car was not ready when I showed up Saturday morning to be picked Greetings, the overhaule experience was exelent the only negative for me was that the car was not ready when I showed up Saturday morning to be picked up, it was still dirty and there was some sort of glue on the back of the truck. The other negative experience was we had to go pump gas with my wife in the back seat before the delivery of the car. To add Clara did not explain anything on the extended warranty, Sirius radio or anything else, but her overhaul service was great. I am very Happy with the car. Thanks More
