Experience did not match the Infiniti brand I was already preapproved by my bank and had verified that the dealership had the car that i wanted prior to coming to the dealership. While the finance manager that i dealt with was wonderful, the salespersonal that I worked with was horrible. I really like my car and will certainly buy another infiniti but I won’t be coming back to this dealership because of my experience with this salesperson. This lady left me in the middle of my transaction and took someone else for a test drive while i waited for her. She kept leaving the room and was answering her phone constantly. She made me feel that my sale was certainly not a priority for her and not up to her standard. I will not be referring this person to anyone I know and have shared my experience with other people. While the product that you offer is wonderful, the person certainly did not reflect your brand. Instead of being excited about my wonderful car, this lady made me feel like I did not deserve to be there. While this will not be my last infiniti car because i’m truly in love with my car, I will not be coming back for my next car.I could have chosen to get an infiniti car from any dealership but i chose an inifiniti dealership and my experience did not match your brand at all. More

I was nervous about the turn in process since it was my first time turning in a lease and I had read about some negative experiences. Well, Carla and Jana were amazing! They already had my numbers for the new lease and made the process so easy. I am so happy with my 2019 Infiniti QX50! I even experienced a road block in the final delivery process because I had a fraud alert on my credit report from years ago. Jana worked really hard to be sure that everything was cleared up and in the interim I was able to take a loaner while she fought for me. I came back a couple of days later and all was well. Jana and Clara absolutely ROCK! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend checking out this dealership and definitely ask for Clara and Jana! More

I called at the end of the business day on Thursday and Clara still answered Definition of best customer service? Yeah, that's Clara Salette for you! I called at the end of the business day on Thursday and Clara still answered the phone. I was trying to close a deal that day on a new listing but, it was too late. She did offer to send me pictures of the vehicle if I was really interested which to me is going the extra mile for the customer. Went in the next morning 15 minutes before they opened and Clara assisted me right away! I was able to close a deal on a new listing with the help of her along with a few others! The buy went so smoothly! Again, would highly recommend this location but, most importantly Clara to help you with your purchase!! She gets a 12/10 if you ask me! More
