I have never left DCH unsatisfied. This last experience was even smoother than usual. We called ahead and Cindy made sure the car was ready for us to test drive when we arrived. CJ assisted us in breaking down the financials so there were no surprises. At pick up Kevin went over all of the features of the vehicle before we took it home. Salesman Osvandy Arias warmly greeted me at the door and was very knowledgeable about the car as we took it for a test drive. When it came to financing, Dee Mustafa was friendly, professional and not at all pushy in terms of extra products. The dealership is very well maintained and comfortable, with free beverages and nice seating areas. For such a large location, I am impressed with the attention to detail and service that was provided. The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars is because the car buying process took too long, nearly 6 hours from start to finish on a weekday, even when I knew exactly what I wanted and had my paperwork ready. If they can better streamline their personnel and various departments, they will be unbeatable as a dealership. Thank you! More
