I knew exactly what I was looking for and didn't want to be steered into something else. Bryan allowed me to control the buying process and made everything very easy, and strait forward. He was able to explain to me exactly how leases worked and how all of the numbers added up. There was alot of paperwork but Bryan walked me through every document. This was a fantastic experience and I feel like ive been spoiled. More

When I picked up the car yesterday, I was a little frantic because I had lost the title of my 2005 X3 trade-in and I thought I wasn't going to be able to pick up the new car. JR was calm and worked with the dealership staff to find a solution. This is my fourth BMW, but my first purchase from Flemington. (I had my last one serviced at Flemington because my Dad bought one here and raved about the place. He was right.) This dealership truly is world class. From reception to sales to service, everyone is courteous and professional. The facility is amazing too! Highly recommended. More

From the time I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist and Cindy. They were both very professional and helpful. From there Greg E. took care of me. He listened to me to understand my needs and showed me cars that met my requirements. There was never any pressure or tactics to oversell me. Two days later I walked out with exactly the car I wanted. Greg took his time to show me all features prior to leaving. Great experience!!! More
