Cindy was able to rectify some issues regarding the sale of my vehicle with a genuinely friendly and professional attitude, so I am updating my review to reflect that. There were some miscommunications of my vehicle with a genuinely friendly and professional attitude, so I am updating my review to reflect that. There were some miscommunications and the appropriate measures have been taken. While I am satisfied with that result, I am still disappointed in the experience I had at the dealership when I picked up my car. Even though I provided 5 days notice for when I was picking it up, the car’s exterior was covered in dust and there were crumbs in the seats. The tires had to be filled before I could leave. In addition, Noha was very unpleasant to work with, so I would not recommend dealing with her if at all possible. Overall, I can’t say this was the best car sale experience I’ve had, but Cindy’s efforts turned it into a much better one than it was. More

Maybe it's the euphoria of the new car smell (new to me), mixed with the excitement that comes with owning a new vehicle (upgrading from a 2014 328i). Whatever the circumstances, I came away with lasting impressions. Shopping at Flemington BMW was truly an unexpectedly pleasant surprise.
