Hey guys! I am a Finance Manager here at our local Ford dealership. I’ve been here since June of 2021, I am 31 years old and have a couple of dogs and a couple of wonderful kids at home! Cierra at West Town Ford was amazing! We went in with no real intention to buy partially because we were dreading that sales person experience. SHE IS NOT ONE OF THEM! She was understanding and could easily figure out what we were looking for. She was polite and HUMAN. She joked with us and laughed with us and when we hit road blocks she never once told us what to do or hinted as to what too do. She was just all around amazing.
