Courtney Smith was easy to work with and did not pressure me, but let me look at what I needed and test drive the cars I was interested in seeing. The dealership did pressure me a little to purchase an extended warranty, but when I was firm about not wanting it, they backed off. There was a little confusion with the paperwork and sending proof of insurance to the financing company they set up for me, but it was not a really big deal. More

Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Truck Purchase This was my first experience with this dealer. Courtney was great to work with! She was not your typical car/truck salesperson. She was not pushy and listened to what I had to say. When I first stopped by I was in a hurry and I just wanted to look at a truck that caught my eye. When she came out I explained the situation and I told her I was just looking and that I would be back at a later time. She was very receptive to this and that surprised me. She gave me a print out of the truck and her business card and said call me when you have time. When I came back I ended up looking at a different truck and she gave me the keys and said take it for a ride. When I drove it I knew I had to have it, but I had to sell my truck first. Thornton was very patient while I sold my truck too. It took a week to sell my truck and that made the deal! I am enjoying the new truck and would highly recommend Thornton Automotive Dover! More

I can tell he is passionate about his profession as he took the time to educate me on how he established the trade in value of my vehicle. He was also very honest on what he could or could not do price wise with different vehicles and explained why. Now about Wes Myers.
