They really grab you for all your money. I just leased ioniq 5 2023. They insisted I could only get 5000 rebate instead of 7500 that is advertised everywhere including consumer reports. I checked with a different dealer nearby and they also said it's 7500 rebate on new lease for 2023 ioniq 5. Do not believe what they say. First they tell me it will take months for the color I want for the car and once I say to return my 1k deposit then suddenly they found the car in the color I asked. CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION! You will get taken in one way or another. Do not believe what they say. I wish I had read these reviews before I went there. The owner replies saying they will review the content. There's no action to correct the wrong. More

Amazing I went in Cocoa Hyundai looking for a more reliable vehicle than what I currently was driving. He was amazing and very helpful. He wasn’t pushy like some salesman at other dealerships that I have gone to in the past. Ali the finance guy is also amazing. All the staff was very nice and helpful and determined to get me out of my lemon. I would recommend if anyone is looking for a vehicle, definitely go to Cocoa Hyundai. More

Best car deal EVER! you guys rock!! Cocoa Hyundai is amazing! We went in and they helped us out without any hassle or headache! The people who work there go out of their way to make sure Cocoa Hyundai is amazing! We went in and they helped us out without any hassle or headache! The people who work there go out of their way to make sure the customer feels like family and not just a one time sale. They got us into a brand new 2018 Elantra. What they did for our trade in was awesome as well! The thing that really blew us away with how much they actually care was when we got a call a few weeks after purchase and were told to come in to sign new paperwork because they had gotten us a lower interest rate which lowered our monthly payment and shortened our loan. Most car dealers would not do that... once out what would they care....but Cocoa Hyundai showed how much they do care! Thank you for a wonderful experience and know that you have a customer for life!
