Overall, I had a positive experience with this dealership. I gave it three stars because unfortunately the used vehicle we purchased had been hosed down by their detailing department in toxic clea dealership. I gave it three stars because unfortunately the used vehicle we purchased had been hosed down by their detailing department in toxic cleaners and air fresheners. The smell was so bad that I couldn’t even sit in the car without coughing or my throat closing up. It took two days of airing out the car, baking soda, oxiclean and vinegar to clean the chemical cleaners out the car. I like things to smell nice but this was overkill. I felt they do not keep the public in mind and how applying that many chemicals is not going to be good for everyone. Also it took 3 hours to buy the car, not one.. I was almost late to my appointment and had to leave my husband behind at the dealership. But like I said overall it was a good experience. More

Nothing about this was one person, one hour, or one price. I had an appointment and my sales person was working with someone else when I got there so he was in and out with both of us and I had a diffe price. I had an appointment and my sales person was working with someone else when I got there so he was in and out with both of us and I had a different person go with me for the test drive. It felt disorganized. I went into the appointment planning to buy the car, so there was no negotiating necessary, and I told them I only had about two hours, they assured me it wouldn’t take longer than that. I brought my son with me and I had to have someone come pick him up because we were still there over 3 hours later and our salesperson told us it would be another 45 minutes to an hour to sign paperwork. I was initially quoted an estimated payment based on my assumed credit score, and then when they ran my credit my salesperson said the payment was actually going to be cheaper than the quoted price, that was great news! A few minutes later there had coincidentally been “an error in the taxes” which I wish I would have pushed to question a little further, because the payment went back up to the initially quoted price. Given that I was in a hurry because it had already been over 3 hours, I didn’t question it and I wish I would have. I bought a previous car from Schomp BMW and had a very different experience. I would not buy from Schomp Mazda again. More

Chuck did a phenomenal job answering all our questions, level-setting with us, and giving us the best deal possible. We had been to multiple different brand dealerships and truly appreciated the "one hour, level-setting with us, and giving us the best deal possible. Chuck was transparent, friendly, and honest and gave us excellent service. He even stayed 3 hours past closing (until 10 pm!) to make sure we could drive away with our car that same day. More

First and foremost, you can't go wrong at a Schomp dealership. They really do take care of the customer. I feel like I am treated like family! Schomp Mazda did not disappoint.
