The dealer was ready for the car when it got there. However, the dreaded thermostat message was on the DID, but disappeared u y the time I got to the dealer. I took pictures of the warnings and it fit However, the dreaded thermostat message was on the DID, but disappeared u y the time I got to the dealer. I took pictures of the warnings and it fit the known faults exactly. I made an appointment for repair, but was told by Chuck that it did not have the repair code number inemory. That meant it could not be repaired. Chuck was just following policy so I have no grief with him. However, I do have grief with Cadillac and the dealer. One of them has decided I need to have a complete failure before they will do anything. They both know it is failing, but both are hoping it will be out of warranty when it occurs. You have an unhappy customer! More
