We have always been very satisfied with the service at Shingle Springs Subaru. Both my husband and I own Subarus, he has an Outback and I have a Legacy. Appointments are always easy to make and service at Shingle Springs Subaru. Both my husband and I own Subarus, he has an Outback and I have a Legacy. Appointments are always easy to make and service at the front desk to get the jobs started is professional and efficient. We usually work with Chuck, who is extremely knowledgeable and professional. This particular visit was to replace my driver's door side mirror that had been damage. While there to be replaced, Chuck noticed that I hadn't brought my car in for its warranty maintenance check-ins and would have been out of warranty soon for letting too much time lapse. Fortunately, his awareness of it allowed me to get all maintenance work done and keep the warranty in effect. Chuck also gave me the end-date for the warranty next year so I can be sure to take advantage of all covered maintenance one more time. We were given a loaner car for the day, and my car came back far better than when I brought it in; it even got washed! We don't expect to ever buy a car from any other dealer than Shingle Springs Subaru. More
