Today is Day 70 that I made my September payment on my 2018 Elantra on 8/31/2020. I traded in, as a repeat lease customer on 9/6/20 for a 2021 Kona making another payment for September. Till this date I h 2018 Elantra on 8/31/2020. I traded in, as a repeat lease customer on 9/6/20 for a 2021 Kona making another payment for September. Till this date I haven't received my payment yet. Made several attempts to reach you in person, phone calls, text, Dealer Rater, email , survey, with absolutely no response. Is this how Headquarter Hyundai treats a repeat lease client? More

I have been looking at the Genesis G70 for about 2 years since it came out and I knew I wanted one the second I saw it. I waited patiently and finally got the opportunity to purchase one. From the second I walked in the door and looked at the g70 in the showroom I was greeted by Tony. Super professional and laid back gentleman. I told him everything I wanted from features, color,wheels etc. Didn't think it would be possible since I am super picky. He found the exact car I wanted! I was so excited!!! He spent time with me going over every feature in the vehicle, any questions I had, and all the great benefits Genesis offers. He helped me program everything in my vehicle, set up my remote app on my phone, and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left the lot.
