The oil change was 59.95 plus tax total 67$. . I am praying everything with the oil change was done correctly. I seen new faces in sales. No one walking by spoke to the customers in the waiting area. In the past, the sales team would stop and speak.. always. You can tell this is not Mike Smith Honda. Yesterdays experience and price of an oil change, and obviously not completely and accurately conducting the multi point inspection. Im taking my business elsewhere. This service was no comparison to Mike Smith honda.!

Slow, I arrived 20 minutes before anyone else and it took

To top it off their lawn guy blew dirt and grass all over my car with leaf blower while I was waiting for them to finish paperwork. I’m sure I can get better and faster service without having to drive 30 minutes both ways.

I did not like sitting there for over 2 hours when I was there before the doors were even unlocked. I did not like the dirt and grass blown on my car. I could live with those but what burned me up is not getting the piece of plastic trim repaired. I don't think it was even looked at by anyone after I showed the woman first thing that morning and then giving me a price of $233 to fix it. $ 53 for the part and $ 180 to install. I could not imagine why it would cost that much as the plastic was not broken it had just come loose. After getting home I did some research on a Honda parts site. I came across a small plastic tab for a couple of bucks. That got me to wondering why it was being offered for sale. I went and pulled the piece on my car back an inch or so and could see what was missing was one of those plastic tabs used to connect all the plastic pieces on cars. I am sure you now know what I am talking about. What could have been fixed in a few minutes, which would have made the customer happy has now turned into this. I would have paid for the fix but not the rip-off price. When you pay 36,000 for a car it should not fall apart in less than 2 years.
Staff is super friendly and helpful.
