Use to be a good dealership under hall . Now owned by a corporate in Maryland. This dealership is no longer reputable. Charge hidden fees , payment packs ( which is illegal) . They also will charge you at least 2 or more percent higher then the rate your actually approved from and will try to charge a chip shortage fee as accessories. I will never be back after my last trip , however can't recommend winner circle either but at least they are upfront about screw jobs . Look up,your auto advocates, you will find ways to find a more honest dealership . Never by entire care protection . They sell it as a way of holding value at excellent but will low ball you on your trade as rough when everyone else will be higher . More

Excellent Sales and Service Departments We first came to Hall Mazda for service for our two Mazda vehicles. We have moved several times and have thus had them serviced at 5 other dealers pre We first came to Hall Mazda for service for our two Mazda vehicles. We have moved several times and have thus had them serviced at 5 other dealers previously (the last of which was very sub par). The Hall Mazda service team is by far the best. When it came time to purchase a new vehicle a few weeks ago, of course we came to Hall. Again, the experience was excellent! Christy Portis made the purchase process so easy and pleasant! After the initial contact, she checked in with us a few times (we took quite a while to decide what to purchase), but she never pressured us or made us feel rushed. Once we made our final decision, she found us exactly what we wanted and worked with us to get the price we were hoping for (including our trade-in). This was by far our least stressful and most enjoyable car buying experience! We are moving to FL soon, but we are actually tentatively planning to make a trip back to purchase our next Mazda vehicle from Christy in a few years. More
