Lack of communication with the buyer, we’ve had better experiences elsewhere. Unfortunately we ended up purchasing here because we didn’t want to run our credit elsewhere & the dealership was fortunate en experiences elsewhere. Unfortunately we ended up purchasing here because we didn’t want to run our credit elsewhere & the dealership was fortunate enough to carry the only jeep in a 150 mile radius that caught our attention, but it will be the last time we deal with Lithia. It was to where we didn’t even sign up for lifetime oil changes to only avoid stepping into this place again. Worst experience. Cocky sales team from the finance dept. to the sales floor. We should’ve took our business elsewhere. Towards the end of the deal it was ok, but the whole process they laid out was f***** horrible. More
