I'm a southern boy for the most part, raised in Florida and played baseball and football up to the collegiate level. I enjoy fishing and anything on the water (preferably saltwater). I take pride in providing outstanding customer service at the onset, during and after the sale. I'm very transparent and value my customer's time, with consistently doing my best with making each customer's purchase as efficient and seamless as possible. I also understand the importance of establishing genuine relationships with my customers and hence, why the majority of my clientele is from referrals and loyal, long term customers. My work background consists of previous automotive, financing and loan officer, as well as gov't contract and consulting. I'm confident that you will be very pleased with your experience. The staff is friendly and polite. The atmosphere and lounge are nice. But I was there nearly 3 hours for one tire. And I called ahead the day prior with Chris Weiss. And others were w The atmosphere and lounge are nice. But I was there nearly 3 hours for one tire. And I called ahead the day prior with Chris Weiss. And others were waiting hours too. When I looked around at service staff a lot of staff were simply standing around and chatting with each other. My car was just sitting there done, eventually I walked over to ask for keys myself so I could get going. Maybe it was a bad Sunday, but it was a long time . Update , I did get an immediate callback from a service manager to address my concerns very nicely. I think this day was a fluke. More

Quick response once Chris took over, everything went smooth, then finance with Bryan in finance was great as well and Yusuf (hope I spelled it correctly) was awesome as well, even got our payment $100 c smooth, then finance with Bryan in finance was great as well and Yusuf (hope I spelled it correctly) was awesome as well, even got our payment $100 cheaper than what we agreed to before going to sign….
