The general manager was great. Our first car we purchased had a problem but he treated us right. He basically gave us what we paid for the car and we did a deal on another car. Our new car had a check engine light come on before we even got to leave with it. We were told it would take 2-3 days to drain the fuel tank, clean, refill, and change fuel filter. We left the dealership even got to leave with it. We were told it would take 2-3 days to drain the fuel tank, clean, refill, and change fuel filter. We left the dealership in a loaner. We were contacted less than 2 hrs later saying our car was ready. We were 80 miles from the dealership. The next morning, we returned to the dealership and picked up our new car. We live just over 100 miles from this dealership. The car ran great until I pulled over to drop off my brother about 9 miles from my home. When I pulled back out onto the road, the car would barely pull itself. I pulled over, shut the engine off, then restarted it. Now the car was running fine again. My wife wanted to drive the car but it was again barely pulling itself. This time, it threw a code of PO75800 which is about the transmission. The next day, the car was picked up and a loaner delivered on a truck. Today, I talked to the service manager who stated that the fuel tank would need to be drained. This was supposed to have been done 2 days ago. He was not aware of the code on the car or a transmission problem. So this is day #4 Thursday and we bought the car on Monday. We have no idea what is wrong with it and when it will be repaired. We are not happy. More

Chris was AWESOME! ! I have never felt more heard during an experience similar to finding and purchasing a new car. So happy he was there to help me and put me in my dre ! Timothy was great. My only complaint would be , my mirror was broken. I got the car in March 26th. Was told “we are ordering a new mirror , if u would still like the car” .. I said yes I’ll take the car just call me when the mirror arrives. Here it is April 29th. I had to call about the mirror , and was told it is in we just haven’t picking it up yet. Will call you tomorrow. With how great they were on the purchasing part. I hate to complain, but I would have found a different car without body damage if I knew it would take so long to repair. More
