I Love the advice I was given as a new leader in my 20's: "Quit Worrying about yesterday CT- You cannot change it! Look Back to Learn and Look Forward to Succeed = Make a plan- Execute it; Lead by Example and make huge goals for yourself." I had an excellent experience at Southern Hyundai Chesapeake. I was immediately greeted by Charles (“Chuck”) Goodman, who took the time to ask me the right questions to find my perfect vehicle. After Chesapeake. I was immediately greeted by Charles (“Chuck”) Goodman, who took the time to ask me the right questions to find my perfect vehicle. After driving my previous car for 12 years, there were a lot of new features to become acquainted with and Chuck patiently walked me through the finer details. Chuck was easy to communicate with, and he made sure I was 100% confident and satisfied with my vehicle-buying decision. The whole team at Southern Hyundai (Chris Thompson and Steve Johnson to name a few others!) were excellent and knowledgeable , and they worked together efficiently to make my purchase a pleasant experience. My wife and I found Jimmy helpful. Our visit to the dealership for a charging issue for the phone. He was very patient,and advised us what to do,the problem was solved. While he worked on the phone with my wife,I went inside and noticed the venue. When he was finished, I inquire Ed about the vehicle,he was once again very helpful,so much that we purchased the venue. He took us through the paperwork process, and everything went well. The whole experience was great. More
