All I can say is if I could give my sales guy another star I would. Marcos was super helpful explaining and letting me test drive the car I wanted. In terms of what I wanted I’m a pretty complicated person to fully please especially if I did my research at home but he made it super easy. Without going in fully blown description and detail he did go back and forth talking for me and doing the best he could to get the car I’ve been eyeing for. Only down side is I was there from earlier afternoon all the way till closing and it was quite tiring since we had a lot to figure out but everyone was super nice and supportive. I didn’t feel the typically “sales person pushing you” or trying to get something out of you experience it felt like a friend really trying to help you reach a goal. Before I had the car I traded in I also strictly went to this dealership for maintenance (shoutouts to Chris. T). If anyone else is ever by the gettel toyota location to whether purchase a car or for maintenance I highly suggest them with the patience they have and help they can provide to each of their customers. More
