I have been a client for 25 years and this last car was a nightmare to purchase and the 9 V battery was on. I just paid 800.00 in my other car for the same issue and was TOTALLY given the we can’t give you nightmare to purchase and the 9 V battery was on. Service advisor had an unprofessional appearance. Did not communicate with me about the exact repairs that were made on my vehicle. Initially tried to upsell me additional unwarranted services that h Did not communicate with me about the exact repairs that were made on my vehicle. Initially tried to upsell me additional unwarranted services that had nothing to do with 4-wheel alignment that I originally brought the car in for. Spark plugs and 'coolant color' have nothing to do with tire wear. I was optimistic given the premium nature of the brand, however, it's clear that since this has become corporate owned by Lithia, and not family owned, service has gone down, and prices have gone up without concern about the customer experience. Do not mistake free Cheetos and coffee bar for customer service. More

Portland Mercedes offers a clean inviting waiting area. I was disappointed that I was not offered a loaner vehicle because I own a Smart car that I bought from them. I was stuck at home without transportat I was disappointed that I was not offered a loaner vehicle because I own a Smart car that I bought from them. I was stuck at home without transportation for over 3 weeks. (I live in a rural area with no public transportation) My service advisor was great and helped me as best he could with the warranty coverage. More
