Imeadiate service, our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee wouldn't start at Shanda's work. It had to be jumped several times, it finally started. Call the service dept and they said to bring it in right away as you w start at Shanda's work. It had to be jumped several times, it finally started. Call the service dept and they said to bring it in right away as you were getting ready to close, it was after 5pm. Got to your dealership at 5:30pm, they tested the battery and said they thought it was bad. They gave us a rental car and sent us home. The next morning they called shortly before noon and said we could pick up the Jeep, it was ready. All went real well, very fast service, extremely awesome staff, asst. service manager Christopher was very professional and friendly even at the end of the day when he should have been going home. This is the kind of dealership that I want to do do business with.....one that cares! More
