My past experiences with this dealership were great, I actually bought 4 cars from here. It seems the past 2 to 3 years management has changed and the customer service went out the window. Oh they are ext actually bought 4 cars from here. It seems the past 2 to 3 years management has changed and the customer service went out the window. Oh they are extremely nice when selling you a car but customer service is gone after that. The service department and general manager insinuated that my car had been damaged and that I changed my bumper because they couldn't find a vin# on the bumper. Instead of taking care of a valued customers. they don't care and let me leave unsatisfied. I recommend Ray Brandt or Hyundai of Slidell before I would buy from here. Your actions just caused you to loose a customer for life! More

My car sat 2wks before they touched it then I gets a phone call asking where is my key, key came up missing. I was lied to saying another one will be overnighted. I called to check status left several m phone call asking where is my key, key came up missing. I was lied to saying another one will be overnighted. I called to check status left several messages no one returned my call.. I had to borrow my Mother's vehicle to go there to get told my key never made it. THE couldn't tell me anything over the phone they were ignoring my messages. Communication is horrible. My car ended up being there 6wks. After 6wks I picked up my car the very next day my engine light came back on. I brought it back they call me a few hour saying your car ready. Spoke to the service manager he stated the light just needed to be reset after I told them the message from o'riely. That was completely ignored.So I went got my Car. After picking my car up the next day it started leaking green fluid, had to bring back. Car sat for a week. Come to find out the problem was what I stated from the start which was from O'Reilly. So from September to November my car was there. I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SO MUCH TO SAY ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE. More
