The first offer they placed on the table was 15% higher than the price advertised online and my trade was valued at 52% of the good KBB trade value. It went downhill from there. Will never go back. I bought a vehicle a little over a year ago and I've had nothing but troubles with it when I've tried to contact people in the service department to have it fixed. Nobody ever returns. My calls period the only way I have got the vehicle fixed is by actually taking it there And speaking to a manager. The same part has already been replaced.3 times now it's going to have to be replaced for a fourth time.And i'm told i'm gonna keep having this issue every couple of months According to the service manager. And the part is under warranthis this by far the worst experience.I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.And I would recommend to anybody reading this to never go to gettle kia of bradenton More
