Scheduled an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 1.5 hours still hadn't been touched. They said it would take 3 hours. I had a 7:50am appointment on a Wednesday with the need of a ride to work and back, was told my oil change would take 2 hours. I had to order and pay for my own Uber then came back 3 hours later. As I arri of a ride to work and back, was told my oil change would take 2 hours. I had to order and pay for my own Uber then came back 3 hours later. As I arrived I saw my car enter the shop and had to waited an additional 45 mins. I was late returning to work because of my service advisor who had a horrible attitude, took care of two other customers before me knowing I was there and the only thing he could say to me was that there is alot of people today. I will not be returning to do my maintenance there. More
