Good expereince at DCH Ford Eatontown I recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle here. The sales experience was very good. They were efficient, my questions were answered, the vehicle was as I hoped when I saw it, the salesman was very pleasant to work with - not pushy at all. The deal was very fair and I left happy with the purchase. Then I realized there was a problem with the touch screen. They invited me right back in and attempted to resolve the issue. Turned out it was determined a new part was needed. They turned me over to the service department who was phenomenal to work with. They were responsive, when the part came in they called me, I made an appointment, and the problem was solved. I've already recommended these guys to a family member. More
