Avoid This Dealership! I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I received an offer that was $10,000 less for my trade-in compared to three other dealer I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I received an offer that was $10,000 less for my trade-in compared to three other dealerships, including another Luther VW location. Frustrated, I sold my car elsewhere. After reaching an agreement on a specific vehicle and getting financing approved, we planned to pick it up. Hours before our arrival, I received a call informing me that the car had been sold to someone else. They failed to communicate that I needed to make a deposit to hold the vehicle, despite having all the financing in place. The lack of professionalism and transparency is unacceptable. I had to chase them for information, and it’s clear they don’t value their customers' time or commitments. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your car-buying needs. More

My daughter had a wonderful experience at Luther Burnsville VW several years ago when she bought a new Jetta, and since I was now interested in a VW Atlas Cross Sport, I stopped into the dealership Burnsville VW several years ago when she bought a new Jetta, and since I was now interested in a VW Atlas Cross Sport, I stopped into the dealership to take a look at one and take a test drive to see if i liked it. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Chris, who was very friendly but not at all pushy. Over that next week I looked at, and test drove, several vehicles and ultimately bought an SEL R Line. Chris was great, as was the sales manager (also named Chris), and finance manager (Mike). Great experience all-around. More
