I was born and raised in Florida and played basketball, baseball and football most of my life. I am the proud father of one son, who is in the United States Navy, and two daughters, one is a RN and studying to become a Nurse Practitioner at the University of Duke and other is an Occupational Therapist. Also a proud Grandfather. My wife and I enjoy boating, hanging out with our pets (Turtle and two cats), riding our Jet skis, traveling, and spending time with our family. Customer service before, during, and after the sale is my number one priority. Standard Equipment NOT Available My main problem is not with the salesman. He was very good at explaining all the features of the car. However, he did not tell me about the missing fe My main problem is not with the salesman. He was very good at explaining all the features of the car. However, he did not tell me about the missing features that I thought were standard. For example the CD Player. After the sale as I was looking at the radio, I asked where to insert my CD and was told then that Honda did not install CD players on any 2017 cars and that it was not even an option that could be installed later. He did try to help by setting up U-Tube and Pandora on my cell phone and then connecting the cell phone to the radio, but that was only a substitute for what I really wanted. Since I traded a 2016 Honda Accord and I told the salesman that I wanted everything on the new CRV that was on the Accord, I believe that he was obligated at that time to tell me that there would not be a CD player. He did comment about the add on features that were on the Accord; floor mats, side molding, window tinting, mud flaps, and others, but nothing about the CD player. Since Honda made a major change in the standard equipment available on all of their 2017 cars, the dealership should ensure that all salesmen tell their customers of this fact prior to the sale in order to have a satisfied customer. The salesman tried very hard for over a week to help find a CD player that could be installed but he was not able to find anything that would be suitable. Chris was an excellent salesman in that he helped to find a car with what I wanted and was able to have all of the requested options installed prior to delivery. It is not his fault that Honda stopped installing CD players, but I believe that the dealership has the responsibility and obligation to ensure that the customer is aware of that fact. Many may not care, but there are some, like me, that do care. I am so dissatisfied that I have shared this with some of my friends and family and they are shocked that there is no CD player and none available. Based on this experience, I will not buy another Honda. More

Chris was extremely informative, very kind, and not at all pushy. I have to admit that I was a little worried that I'd get a hovering and intense salesperson when I walked on to the lot, but Chris far exceeded my expectations as a great salesman! He also took the time to listen to exactly (and I mean exactlyyy) what I was looking for - what I wanted in my new Honda and features that I didn't really want or need - and was able to put me in a beautiful 2017 Honda Civic within my budget and price range. I would absolutely recommend Brandon Honda to anyone and everyone looking for a great, dependable car, and I'll definitely recommend that they ask for Chris because he's amazing!
