Our salesman was fine . Unfortunately a “Certified” 2019 Passport Touring was sold to me without Navigation working . Tried to troubleshoot ourselves - updates/refresh and Unfortunately a “Certified” 2019 Passport Touring was sold to me without Navigation working . Tried to troubleshoot ourselves - updates/refresh and Garmin update . No luck . Second issue - We test drove the car and took a full look around the entire car - noted any dings or scratches. Came back a week later to purchase to find front left rim badly pitted and scratched . Noticed it as we did our final walk around at night - and closing time . AFTER we signed paperwork. Was told to call Dent Wizard. That rim need ms to be replaced! Emailed the Sales Manager twice . Called my salesperson asking for help . No response from anyone . Brought the car to a Honda dealership closer to my house for help because they have great costumer service. Terrible business . More
