Didn't get any service done because you didn't have the part. Was a waste of time. You could have told me that and then determined what you needed while I was still there, instead of taking 6 hours to have part. Was a waste of time. Instead you did an inspection and said I needed fluids changed for $700. More

Terrible communication. Service never wants to answer the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes then after 30 minutes I only have 30 minutes left to pick up my car. I live 30 Service never wants to answer the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes then after 30 minutes I only have 30 minutes left to pick up my car. I live 30 minutes from the dealership. No one told me to leave the Rent-A-Car at the dealership, wasted money, taking two cars and wasted time somebody to help me. I no longer get my oil changed here because every time I make an appointment, They never do it. The fourth time I called before I even picked up my car and of course it was not completed. I Don’t understand why they can’t read my paperwork and understand what I need from you guys. Instead we’re playing the guessing game? I Never wanna go to this location again. I’m at the point where I want to get rid of my Kia car and go back to Hyundai! Terrible communication, terrible customer service and terrible service. I don’t recommend to anyone to come to this place. More
