Unexpected Repair I have been bringing my car here since I purchased it and they don’t disappoint. Most recently, I hit a sinkhole in the city which required replacemen I have been bringing my car here since I purchased it and they don’t disappoint. Most recently, I hit a sinkhole in the city which required replacement of two tires, rims, alignment, etc. I had the car towed 35 miles to Arlington Acura because I don’t trust anyone else to fix it properly. Kudos to the entire service team, but especially Mark who goes above and beyond. More

Great Service Department Took my 2017 Acura to this dealership for service, due to a recall. I was taken care of right away, given a loaner car and on my way. At the estimated completion time I was called and drove to pick up my car. I was informed I had another issue I wasn’t even aware of and they ordered the part, called me when it came in and again I was given a loner car. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy and customer service I received and would certainly recommend Acura in Palentine! More

Overall good experience I had to reschedule my appointment and the person I talked to on the phone didn’t change the date. They were still able to accommodate me but my oil c I had to reschedule my appointment and the person I talked to on the phone didn’t change the date. They were still able to accommodate me but my oil change took over an hour. However My car was well cleaned inside and out when fiinished. A table in the waiting area would be nice so I could do some work but they do offer drinks and snacks. Service representative was friendly. More
