Unexpected Repair I have been bringing my car here since I purchased it and they don’t disappoint. Most recently, I hit a sinkhole in the city which required replacemen I have been bringing my car here since I purchased it and they don’t disappoint. Most recently, I hit a sinkhole in the city which required replacement of two tires, rims, alignment, etc. I had the car towed 35 miles to Arlington Acura because I don’t trust anyone else to fix it properly. Kudos to the entire service team, but especially Mark who goes above and beyond. More

I was informed I had another issue I wasn’t even aware of and they ordered the part, called me when it came in and again I was given a loner car. Overall good experience I had to reschedule my appointment and the person I talked to on the phone didn’t change the date. A table in the waiting area would be nice so I could do some work but they do offer drinks and snacks. Service representative was friendly. More
