Vernon auto group is amazing! We are now customers for life. I’ve never had an auto purchase go smoother. Between Chris and Nikki and the rest of the burning auto group team, we felt like they were truly trying to earn our business. Generally, when I go to purchase a new vehicle, I do a nationwide search for the best deal and I could not find a better deal anywhere, Even after a small hiccup after the vehicle was delivered, they stayed in constant contact with us until everything was made right. The Ford Service Department got my 2020 Ford Edge in quick twice this month! First an oil change and then a screen and software update issue. My car was picked up from my job and delivered back to me. C quick twice this month! First an oil change and then a screen and software update issue. My car was picked up from my job and delivered back to me. Chris set up both appointments and made pick up/delivery arrangements, and Mark jumped in and helped on my software issues. Very happy with the service and help from Ford Service! More
