A nice plus was having all documentation provided in electronic format on a USB drive, and I even got to have a quick lunch at the dealership before heading home! I would certainly consider purchasing another vehicle from Paramount Ford in the future, even though it is a bit of a drive from my house. They also offered to arrange free home delivery, if I had decided not to trade-in my existing vehicle. More

I wasn’t informed of several big scratches on vehicle before arriving, didn’t find out until I drove 6 hrs to sign paperwork, manager also informed me that he could get me the best bank rate 🙄.
