I came in having problems with my automatic starter that was placed on my Hyundai Tucson. Chris Tonelli was very professional and very helpful. Whenever I go to McGrath City Hyundai, I almost always have the pleasure to work with Christine Tonelli. My experience with her is always exceptional and I believe that she is the reason why my visits at have the pleasure to work with Christine Tonelli. My experience with her is always exceptional and I believe that she is the reason why my visits at McGrath City Hyundai continue to exceed my expectations. It is very evident that she goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. My recent visit was for an oil change and to repair a flat tire. I had arrived an hour before closing, hopeful that my tire could be fixed. While in the waiting room, Christine informed me that my tire had to be replaced and that they could not get a tire in until the next day. Unfortunately, this meant my car was not drivable and that I needed to find a ride home, as well as a ride to work and McGrath City Hyundai the next day. To anyone, this would seem like a very stressful and inconvenient situation. However, with Christine, this was not the case at all! Christine was somehow able to take a very stressful situation and turn it into a very pleasant and positive experience! She was empathetic and insisted on helping in any way should could, even offering to drive me home! Fortunately, I was able to arrange a ride home with a friend. I left McGrath City Hyundai that evening extremely satisfied, calm, and confident that my car was in good hands. I believe that this is because of Christine's exceptional service. Had Christine not been there that evening, I believe that I would have been extremely upset and stressed. McGrath City Hyundai is lucky to have Christine as an employee. I am confident in saying that Christine is the reason why I return to McGrath City Hyundai and why I plan on returning in the future. There has never been a time I've visited the dealership for service and I've received bad service! When I arrive I'm greeted immediately and that's just heart warming. I bought a Hyundai Sonata almost the end of 2012. It was busy time of year for everybody but I needed a car fast for many reasons. I looked around and went several dealers and McGrath was one of them. At that time their price was as good as I could get. In short the car buying experience from McGrath was better than average. However, my experience with their service was GREAT.I stopped by for my regular scheduled check-up last Saturday(12-14-2013), they were better than excellent. I was late for my appointment because of the weather. They didn't say anything about it. Well, since I missed the appointment, I had to wait for a while, but they made me comfortable. They took care of my tire problem which was caused by me which I didn't know, but they explained what I did wrong and what I should be aware of . Especially Christine and Nina were really helpful and made me feel great. Their service team deserves FIVE STAR.. More
