Outstanding service and professionalism there at Fletcher Jones. I was greeted by a Sales Manager, Christine, along with my appointed salesman, Noah, to help me check out and test drive the car I was interes Jones. I was greeted by a Sales Manager, Christine, along with my appointed salesman, Noah, to help me check out and test drive the car I was interested in. Although I was only in the market for a used car for my commute, they treated me with the professionalism and respect that they would if I were looking at a brand new Mercedes. Noah was an outstanding young salesman and was very easy to work with. The car I chose was an immaculate 2018 Jaguar in great condition, with low miles, and priced well under blue book and other of the same model Jaguars in the area. Once I made a decision, they sent it to detail at once (though it was already extremely clean), and they got me into finance to wrap up the payment within a few minutes. The longest wait was for the detail to be finished, but it looked fabulous and was worth the wait. I would highly recommend Fletcher Jones to my friends as a first class dealership! More

Dean was great! Very knowledgeable and accommodating as we had to leave for a couple of hours in the middle of the transaction to feed our puppies. I bought a new 2014 e 350 in 2014. At that time FJ was very customer oriented and I was very happy with the transaction. I took my car to FJ for the last 7.5 years for service. I decided to buy a new E very customer oriented and I was very happy with the transaction. I took my car to FJ for the last 7.5 years for service. I decided to buy a new E 450 and went to FJ. FJ has definitely gone down hill. I got ghosted by Christine Nolden who passed me off to Phil Rotar who also ghosted me. Phil said he was going to get the specific model I wanted and then I got ghosted. If you don’t buy from their on lot inventory, FJ is not interested. I will buy a new car from another dealer that actually understands that ghosting people will not be good for your reputation or business. More
