Salesman Patrick was great but the business office continued to delay and almost try to ruin the deal. Paid cash but they won't release paperwork even though past the 5 day hold window. They are not willing to work in the best interest of the buyers. Wouldn't recommend. New update, we received the car with a damaged headlight sprayer and luckily found the painted cover that fell off. Rusnak won't cover it because it's not under warranty or factory defect. Its a $150 part they won't reimburse. Also, just found out we have to remove some panels and parts to replace this so now will have to cover the labor (2-3 hours) for this repair. Horrible service and the business office doesn't care about its customers. More

Volvos are great cars. Rusnak Pasadena has poor/ rude customer service. After signing the paperwork for the vehicle, it was a 180 change in attitude and professionalism. Sp Rusnak Pasadena has poor/ rude customer service. After signing the paperwork for the vehicle, it was a 180 change in attitude and professionalism. Spend your money elsewhere. Vehicle condition: We had an appointment with Andi to view a used XC60. The vehicle mechanics was fine, but the car was dirty and didn’t allow us to see the many scratches and dents the car had. Transparency: Before buying the vehicle we were told it only needed a battery change. After purchasing they said it needed more work but we’re not forthcoming with the information. After two days of waiting I had to call and speak directly with the service manager. Customer service: Before buying the vehicle, communication was quick and friendly. After signing the paperwork, it was difficult to get hold of anyone on the sales team to answer questions. Moreover they were rude when I asked for clarification. Follow up: My wife and I were shocked by the rude customer service we received. I wrote an email to the GM Meena Daoud, and CC’d online sales manager Chris Harrison and floor sales manger Douglas Harland. Only Doug responded, it has been almost a month and still no accountability from the GM. At the end of the day I am tired of spending energy on this issue and simply decided to purchase a new vehicle at another Volvo dealership. They do not value/ respect their customers time. More
