I had a wonderful experience with Christine the new advisor manager. I arrived with no appointment in hopes they could fit me in before my trip and she welcomed me with open arms and treated me like ev advisor manager. This was my second time at Jenkins Kia, and in comparison to my first time I felt the customer service was subpar (excluding Olga). At my first visit when I pulled up to the service station I was acknowledge to my first time I felt the customer service was subpar (excluding Olga). At my first visit when I pulled up to the service station I was acknowledged quickly and someone collected information about my car and my problem. This time I felt like no one in uniform would even look my direction so I entered the building and Olga was so nice and took care of me from there. She listened to me and made sure my car was being serviced. I sat in the secondary waiting room and saw employees smoking outside, water was dripping from the stained ceiling, and also saw an employee run in crying to be comforted by her boss. I could hear their entire conversation about how the employee was being yelled at by a customer and recorded. After her manager comforted her the employee remained in the waiting room and called others to explain how panicked she was due to her previous encounter. I thought maybe she would leave since I was sitting right there but she did not mind my presence at all. When the only thing you have to do is wait it’s amazing all the things you suddenly see. Overall I waited about 3 hours my problem with my car couldn’t be diagnosed and I was told to return if it happens again for a second diagnostic, I will return but only because of Olga. More
