In my experience buying a car, I have to say that dealing with the team of Ferman Chevy of Tampa was the best experience I could have asked for. I live over 300 miles away from this dealer, so I had to do al with the team of Ferman Chevy of Tampa was the best experience I could have asked for. I live over 300 miles away from this dealer, so I had to do almost everything via Internet and phone, and since the first call I made to inquiry about the truck, they assigned me to Angela, and she was awesome all the time, very polite, great customer service, the vehicle was in transit and she kept me updated of everything, from the beginning until the day the vehicle arrived. Also Kimberly, the internet sales manager, was there to help with any question I had, and keeping updated when Angela was helping other customers. I drove to the dealer to finish everything and get my truck, and then Christine, the business manager was there to help me, she was ready with all the paperwork already done, ready for me to sign, to avoid wasting any time. She was also very polite and an expert on what she does, super honest team. I have to say, that we always think when buying a car, that dealer’s associates are like “SHARKS” that will try to get as much money from you as possible, but at FERMAN, they’re only worried about helping you out, and make it possible for you, not a penny more of what everything really cost, and I truly appreciated that.
