I cannot express how pleased I am with my experience at Lundgren Honda. After contacting them via the internet, I spoke with Lydia Krog to set up an appointment to come in and test drive a CR-V. I knew exactly which car I wanted and they didn't try to steer me in other directions. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Carolyn Betty who immediately got things moving and had me on my test drive in what seemed like only a minute or two. When we got back to the dealership, things went quickly and smoothly. We completed as much paperwork as possible given that it was after 5 pm and I was on my way, with a tentative purchase in place in less than an hour. Carolyn, Christine, and Eric all worked on getting me the best rate they possibly could on Friday, and they went above and beyond to try to go one farther and even get it a little bit better. I drove away in my new CR-V this past Saturday morning after spending around an hour or so completing the final paperwork and taking care of a couple of last-minute add-ons. My mom was with me when I picked up the car since it was her birthday and we were heading out to spend the day together right after and every last person we spoke with or came in contact with made it a point to wish her a happy birthday and Elaine Lundgren herself even came over to wish her a happy birthday and give her a special extra gift for spending part of her special day with them. Again, I can't properly express exactly how pleased I am with the level of service and commitment displayed by the employees at Lundgren Honda. From Lydia in Customer Service all the way to the Lundgrens themselves and especially Carolyn for making this a pain-free and pleasant experience. I've already forwarded Carolyn's contact information to one of my co-workers and will not hesitate to give it to anyone that seeks recommendations for a dealership. More

As a fellow business women in a customer service business, I thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed experiencing the same level of customer service I provide for my customers as a fellow consumer. When I came to Lundgren looking to purchase my first car, I expected to be treated how every other female first time buyer is treated; I expected to be haggled, and treated as if I wasn't capable to pump my own gas let alone know what I should and shouldn't pay for a car. Despite the fact I had encountered this type of mentality at every other dealership I visited, my experience at Lundgren Honda of Auburn was a delightful surprise! Not only were they friendly and honest, they got right to the point and treated me like my time was valuable. The people I encountered at Lundgren Honda of Auburn (such as Gilmar Araujo and Christine Comeau) made me feel as if they were there to help me find "the" car and that my customer experience was of the upmost importance. They treated me with the upmost respect from start to finish, and I will continue to go back to Lundgren Honda of Auburn for any future purchases. Why did I choose Lundgren? I have heard of Lundgren Honda through positive reviews from family and friends. I am also appreciative that Lundgren hires and mentors students from the Automotive Technology prog through positive reviews from family and friends. I am also appreciative that Lundgren hires and mentors students from the Automotive Technology program at Worcester Technical High School. I was upside down in the car that I was driving (owe more than it was worth) and really hated the car (Hyundai). I wanted to get out of the Hyundai and into a Honda. I had little to put for a down payment. Len and Christine in sales helped me out and worked numbers to get me financed. There was zero pressure and plenty of free snacks and drinks to stay refreshed (they have a legit cafe). I would highly recommend Lundgren Honda to my family and friends. More
