I have been trying to purchase an LS 500 since 2021. They were either unavailable or in a color that I could not tolerate. In the fall of 2025, I stepped up my efforts to get the 2026 LS 500 only to be They were either unavailable or in a color that I could not tolerate. In the fall of 2025, I stepped up my efforts to get the 2026 LS 500 only to be told that this production would be limited to 250 vehicles for the year and that the LS 500 would no longer be made in it’s current fashion. I started seeing the 2026 LS 500 in different car ads, but every time I called, they said the vehicle was already spoken for. I went so far as to call several dealerships in Illinois, Minnesota and the two dealerships here in Southeastern Wisconsin. I spoke to several sales persons and managers to no avail. In mid December, I received a call from Ben Kranitz from Lexus Of Milwaukee. He said that he would try to get the vehicle for me. Much to my surprise, by the end of December, he called me back to say that he had secured an LS 500 2026!. He stated that the car was in production and should be here by mid to late February 2026. I took delivery of the car on February 5, 2026!. I cannot thank Ben and the Manager of Lexus Of Milwaukee enough for going above and beyond the call of duty. I had been so discouraged because so many sales people and managers had seemed to put little effort and little hope into securing this car for me. I gladly give Ben Kranitz, the Lexus Of Milwaukee Manager, and their staff a five star rating for going above and beyond to secure my desired vehicle. More

Angelique helped me get into my 2026 Lexus RX Hybrid Luxury and I couldn’t be happier. After numerous non returned phone calls to the dealership, my husband and I drove to there to discuss buying out my mother’s lease. Ben was beyond accommodating understanding and personable. He set everything up for the next day and he and Chris had us out in less than a half hour. They both deserve recognition for their representation of your dealership because we were very soured after not getting a call back to any of our attempts. They apologized over and over for a mistake they didn’t make which shows their professional and loyalty to your dealership. I came into the dealership very upset and with significant frustration over my vehicle, which would not start. From the initial phone call with Melissa, I felt heard. Bella, in service, was my fi significant frustration over my vehicle, which would not start. From the initial phone call with Melissa, I felt heard. Bella, in service, was my first point of contact upon arrival and she handled the situation with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. She listened to me and showed empathy. When I expressed my lack of confidence in the vehicle and that I would feel better in something different, she connected me with Bonnie. Bonnie extended the same behaviors to me. She listened, was empathetic and soothed my frayed nerves considerably. She also guided me through my options of something new without pressure. The feeling of being heard and understood did not end there. I received it from Christine in finance and every person that I came into contact with that day. Thanks to their support, I was able to purchase a new vehicle at a price point I felt good about.
