We looked at the Subaru Outback online and thought we would check out Don Mealey in Orlando. Had no idea we would buy, but Christine did a fantastic job. Initially I was rude because of past experiences with car dealers but she totally disarmed my defense. Came to realize that she was sincerely their to help and service her customers. The manager handled the negotiation well and the credit manager was a gem. The total experience was the best and easiest car purchase we have ever made. Great experience and fantastic new Forester I had been eyeing the Forester for some time now, but was holding back because I am not a fan of car shopping. However, every time I had to fill my gas tank I thought more and more about the 24/32 mpg. So with rising gas prices, and my Ford Edge's voracious appetite, I thought that I'd go and just "look" at them. I ended up buying one! That trip to Sport Subaru to "look" was a great decision. I am more than satisfied. I LOVE my Forester and Christine was the best auto salesperson I've ever bought from. Honestly! She was knowledgeable, kind, funny and not pushy in any way. Very different experience than I've had in the past. She also helped me navigate which specific trim fit my requirements and found me the exact vehicle I was looking for. I give her my highest rating for service. I will be sending anyone that rides in my Forester and falls in love with it too (it's going to happen over and over...) her way. More
